White Glove Delivery Service
Our delivery department will call to schedule your delivery date. You will receive a robo call 2 days before delivery with a 2 hour time window.
We open the order in our warehouse, inspect it, and apply minor touch ups if needed and assembly if needed.
Tracking your delivery is simple, just click "Track Your Delivery" in the header of our website, and enter your phone number number in the field under Track Your Delivery which can be found at the top of this page.
We blanket wrap and shrink-wrap the order and load it onto one of our home delivery trucks.
We will call you 30 minutes before our arrival.
Upon arrival, we perform a walk-through to assess where the product(s) needs to be placed.
We then bring the furniture to the room of choice and unpack the product(s). We will set up the order according to the customer's wishes.
We always clean the area upon leaving so the customer can enjoy their new purchase right away.
We do not haul away old items except mattresses but will move them to your garage or other room.
We take a photo of the furniture in the room and send it to your sales associate.
We are happy to assist you in loading your merchandise.
Please remember to bring rope/straps and make sure everything is secured properly.
We encourage you to inspect your merchandise upon pick up.
Some items require some assembly. We can dispose of cardboard, styrofoam and trash and assemble your items for $29.99.
