Seat Support
Eight Way Hand Tied Coils means that the individual spring coils are hand-tied and bound together in eight separate directions using polyester cording. The cording is then securely anchored to the frame.
Frame Construction
Frames are constructed from selected 5/4" and 6/4" solid and laminated
hardwoods. Each frame is precisely hand-cut and assembled, with double dowels and corner blocks to form sturdy joints and minimize frame stress.
Padding & Ergonomics
The standard seat cushion is our U-D Cushion, with a combination of premium foam and polyester fiber encased in a sewn ticking. Additional cushion comfort options are available for special order, each cushion option is designed for a different level of firmness and tailoring.
Tailoring
Each piece is painstakingly hand-tailored by specialized technicians who have spent years perfecting their trade. Seven stitches per inch assures more durable seams and trouble-free wear.
